June 19, 2020 Old folk house guest house finally opened!

Starting from the concept stage five years ago (too long), we were able to reach the opening with the help of many people from time to time, including various applications and DIY. Due to the influence of the new coronavirus, it was not possible to open it, but the state of emergency was canceled and it was decided to open it on a sunny day. We would like to express our deep gratitude to the many people who have cooperated so far. We will do our utmost to make the opened "Old Folk House Guest House Kakujo" a base for exchanges between travelers and locals, and to become an indispensable presence in Kaneyama Town and Oku Aizu.

There is also the Oshio Onsen Kyodo Bath and the Oshio Carbonated Water Well where natural carbonated water boils. Please enjoy the slow life in an old folk house that is over 200 years old.
Regular rate: ¥ 4,000 per person per night (with Oshio Onsen bath ticket without meals).
