The name of this old folk house guest house Kakujo is the same as the original name. It is a historical mansion with a history of more than 200 years and was widely traded in Otaki Village (currently Oshio Takizawa district). It is a famous mansion where there are no strangers to the locals when they say "Kakujo". Besides, it is said to be the first owner of the well-known natural sparkling water well. There are some parts that have been reworked, but there are some things that you can feel the history of. The sliding doors and columns made of fusuma paintings and zelkova boards are also spectacular. When you go out to the garden, rice fields spread out below you, and when you go for a walk down, the fresh water where salamanders live, which live only in clean water, is boiling. Fireflies also fly in the summer. Please come to Okuaizu Kaneyama Town where the original scenery still remains.
