It is possible to stay for consecutive nights, but for the time being, we will limit the number of people to one group per day for a maximum of four people to prevent the new coronavirus.
* A separate heating fee of 500 yen will be charged during the winter period (October to April).
 
<No meals provided>
Please prepare your own meals in the kitchen. You can bring it in. There is also a store called Hirose nearby, so you can buy alcoholic beverages here as well.
We can also provide ingredients, so please contact us at the time of booking.

* Prohibitions regarding self-catering
It is forbidden to use anything that causes fire or oil, such as grilled meat in the hall. The hall is all-electric.
Bringing in a cassette stove is also prohibited. If you find it, you will be asked to move out on the spot.

Please cooperate in separating garbage.
 
<Regarding reservation>
Children under junior high school are not allowed to stay.
It is also a countermeasure against the new coronavirus , and for your safety, we will ask you about your physical condition on the day. We may ask you to show your driver's license, health insurance card, passport, etc. for all guests. If you do not have it, we may refuse to stay.
Rubbing alcohol is placed in various places, so please be sure to disinfect it thoroughly and wash your hands.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation for your safe and secure accommodation.

<Check-in / check-out time>
Check-in time 15: 00-20: 00 Check-out time 10:00
* From 10:00 to 15:00, it will be time to clean the building and make each room.
* You can spend your time in the living room after checking out. Please contact us.

<Estimated time of arrival>
Please contact us if you would like to change your estimated time of arrival, as staff may be absent.

<Regarding valuables>
Please manage your luggage and valuables by yourself.
Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage.

<Regarding the use of rooms and other facilities>
Since each room is not quiet, please do not inconvenience other guests.
You cannot eat or drink in the bedroom. Please use a common space.
When you return, please remove the sheets from the bedding you rented and fold the futon.

<Regarding the turn-off time>
The lights will be turned off at 23:00.

<About the bath>
We have one shower room.
Use in the middle of the night or early in the morning may cause inconvenience to other customers, so please use it as quietly as possible.
It comes with a bath ticket for the Oshio Onsen Kyodo Bath. Please use it as it is included in the nightly rate.

<About the use of the washing machine>
We have a washer / dryer. (200 yen for one wash, 300 yen for one wash and dry)
Please use it to finish by 22:00 at night.
Please refrain from using it between 22:00 and 08:00 as it may cause inconvenience to other customers.

<About smoking>
All rooms are non-smoking.
Smoking is allowed outside the front door where there are chairs and ashtrays.

<Regarding consecutive nights>
If you wish to stay for 7 days or more, please contact us in advance at the time of booking.

<Regarding parcel delivery>
Please contact us when you send your luggage, as the staff may be absent.

<About pets>
There is no facility to store pets.
Pets are not allowed or stayed.

<Regarding damage to facilities and equipment>
Please note that we will charge the customer for the cost of repairing or replacing the facility or equipment if it is damaged or excessively soiled.
